Homemade dried cabbage
Overview
I remember one time when I went to the street with my dad and saw an old lady carrying two baskets of dried cabbage on the side of the street. It was convenient for my dad to find a public restroom, so I stopped and waited patiently. I also asked my grandma how to make dried cabbage as beautiful as the one she sells. Grandma said that I need to rinse it with light salt water first. Maybe it was a secret, so I kept it in my mind until I wanted to cook and the trick came into use.
