Durian Mango Layer Cake
Overview
I have been eating cream cakes since I was a child. I ate durian mille-feuille for the first time in Guangzhou and I was really surprised by its deliciousness. Although the thousand-layer cake looks ordinary and has little shape, the special taste of the layers of mixed fruity flavors really makes many friends who love desserts fall in love with it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Use an electronic scale to weigh the required grams and amounts of flour, butter, cream, and milk, and pack them in different containers. Weighing the ingredients must be the first step to avoid confusion in the subsequent production process.
-
Add 2-3 eggs and beat them thoroughly.
-
The eggs must be thoroughly frothed before proceeding to the next step. At the same time, use a whisk to break up the butter.
-
Quickly add the weighed flour, fresh milk and beaten butter before the foam has dispersed.
-
Stir thoroughly and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to prepare the cake crust later.
-
Start preparing the fruits: mash durian, cut mango into small dices, and chop strawberries (I used strawberry jam I made before, which doesn’t taste as sour as fresh strawberries)
-
After 30 minutes, take out the frozen batter from the refrigerator, spread a thin layer on the pan, and then turn on the heat.
-
Turn on medium heat and let the pot dry for 15 seconds, not too long or it will burn. The finished puff pastry looks like this.
-
After making the crust, place it in the cake mold and start laying the layers. The first layer will be durian.
-
The second layer is mango.
-
The third layer is strawberry jam.
-
Repeat the above steps until the phyllo is used up, then seal and refrigerate for 2 hours.
-
After two hours, take it out of the refrigerator, cut it lengthwise and enjoy the delicious layer cake.
