Making breakfast for my son is a laborious task. This vegetable pancake is better, it has vegetables and noodles. It’s convenient, fast, and you can use up the dishes in the refrigerator that aren’t enough to make one dish.

Steps

  1. Prepare the ingredients and the amount will vary depending on the number of people eating. I prepared it for 2 people.

  2. Cut cucumber and carrot into thin slices (thinly). Cut ham into small cubes. If the child is small, you can also cut into foam. The choice of dishes can vary according to preference. I used these two because they were all I had left in the refrigerator.

  3. Mix the noodles and water into a paste. Don't stir vigorously or quickly, otherwise there will be bubbles. If you are afraid of not being able to control the amount, you can prepare water and add noodles to the water.

  4. Add the vegetables and ham sausage into the batter and mix well.

  5. Put oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, fry over low heat. The smaller the cake, the easier it will be for children to eat.
