Dangshan pear juice + small pear cake
Overview
Dangshan pear is one of the three famous pears in my country. It is sweet, juicy, large, and cheap. It is very suitable for making juice. I used two Dangshan pears to squeeze a cup of pure pear juice for instant noodles, and used pear residue to bake a few small pear cakes, just in time for the girl to make a midnight snack!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare two Dangshan pears, peel and core them, and cut the pulp into long strips so that they can be easily put into the feed port of the juicer.
-
Use low speed to squeeze out the juice. The core of Dangshan pear looks big, but in fact, the flesh of authentic Dangshan pear near the core is tender, acid-free and edible, and the truly inedible core is not big.
-
Collect the pear pomace from the juicer into a small bowl
-
Add an egg and mix well
-
Then add an appropriate amount of condensed milk or sugar according to your personal taste, and stir evenly
-
Add appropriate amount of flour and mix well
-
Add some pure milk to adjust the concentration
-
Preheat the electric baking pan to level 4, spoon in the mixed batter with a spoon, spread it into a small round cake, and sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the surface for decoration.
-
Fry until both sides are golden brown and the cake is ready to be taken out of the pan!
