Noodle paste
Overview
This is my favorite snack made by my mother when I was a kid. It feels a bit like a sandwich

Steps
-
I used Arowana flour
-
Thinly sliced bacon
-
Use a larger container and pour an appropriate amount of flour
-
Slowly add water and stir with chopsticks to form a paste. The paste should not be too dry or too thin. It should flow down in a straight line when picked up. After the paste is mixed, let it sit for about ten minutes, so that there will be no lumps
-
Heat the pot, rub the bottom of the pot with a piece of bacon until oil comes out. When the oil is hot, immediately turn off the heat to medium-low, use a small spoon to scoop in the batter, and put a piece of bacon on top and press it slightly
-
Then scoop a layer of batter on top of the bacon and fry it. In fact, it feels like a sandwich until both sides are golden and ready to eat
-
Just fry and spread out all the pancakes and you can start eating. It’s fragrant but not greasy
