The lettuce grown at home cannot be eaten all, so it is dried and preserved.

Remove the old skin from the lettuce.

Cut into 1cm thick slices.

Put the lettuce slices into a large bowl and sprinkle with salt.

Mix well and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Kill the moisture.

Squeeze the water from the lettuce slices, place them in a dustpan, and dry them in the sun.

If the weather is good, it will be dry in two or three days. Put it into a fresh-keeping bag and seal it for storage.

When eating, soak it in water, stir-fry or serve it cold, it is very fragrant and crispy.
