There were 5 egg whites left over from making the soy milk cake yesterday. Today I will find a way to get rid of them and make an Oreo Cookie Crumb Angel Cake.

Put the biscuits into a food bag and crush with a rolling pin and sift.

Add sugar to egg whites in 3 batches and beat until stiff peaks form.

Sift the powder mixture into the beaten egg whites, mix well, then add biscuit crumbs, mix well, and pour into a 6-inch mold. (Be careful not to draw circles to reduce defoaming)

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
