Liquid 1: Put milk and sugar into a milk pot, heat over low heat until the sugar is completely melted, then add light cream and stir well, turn off the heat and let cool for later use.

Stir three egg yolks evenly

Slowly add the cooled liquid 1 to the egg yolks, mix well, and add vanilla extract

Sieve to remove air bubbles and egg yolk solids

Preheat the oven, pour the sifted liquid 2 into the container and place it on the baking sheet. Fill a baking sheet with half an inch of water and place it in the oven. Heat up and down, middle layer, 170 degrees, bake for 25-30 minutes, watch the caramel color appear on the surface of the pudding.
