This peanut sesame candy was one of my favorite New Year’s snacks when I was a kid, and it was my grandma’s specialty.

Until the sugar is completely melted and turns brown;

Add a little white vinegar and stir-fry constantly;

Stir fry until there are no bubbles;

Add the prepared sesame seeds and chopped peanuts;

Keep stirring until their white noodles are covered with sugar syrup;

Pour them into a container with oil on the bottom and press tightly;

Wait for it to set and cool slightly, then turn it upside down;

Cut into small pieces, and when completely cool, store in a sealed container.
