Braised King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
The dishes I ate at Oriental Dumpling King were made by myself. First try, basically successful. The disadvantage is that it would be better if the king oyster mushrooms were fried for a while.

Wash and dry the king oyster mushrooms and cut them into strips, about one centimeter square and about 5 centimeters in length

You can use more green onions, there is no limit, it all depends on your personal taste

Heat vegetable oil in a pot, add king oyster mushrooms and fry

When the bubbles in the oil pan gradually reduce, remove from the pan and drain the oil

Sauce: Mix light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken essence, five-spice powder and cooking wine, stir evenly

Just fry the king oyster mushrooms in the wok. No need to add oil. Just cut off and add in and stir-fry for a few times

Add the drained king oyster mushrooms and continue to stir-fry

Add the bowl of juice, bring to a boil, simmer for a while, then turn on high heat to reduce the juice
