Overview
Fresh hawthorn is delicious, but it tastes even better when cooked. My baby loves hawthorn rolls, so I’ll make them for you.

Steps
-
Wash fresh hawthorn.
-
Remove the core and stems of hawthorn.
-
Put the hawthorn into 200 grams of water and boil for 3 minutes.
-
Put the cooked hawthorn into a food processor and smash it, then put the broken hawthorn into a wok and stir-fry.
-
Cook until thick and can be taken out, cooled and bottled to make hawthorn sauce (can be used to dip French fries, spread on bread, etc.), and continue to cook the remaining hawthorn sauce.
-
Spread the cooked hawthorns in a baking pan and bake at 150 degrees over upper and lower heat, paying attention to the heat.
-
After baking, gently remove it, roll it up, wrap it in plastic wrap, and enjoy it slowly.
