Shredded Pork Heart with Salad Sauce

Overview

Kyubey's salad dressing and salad are really good, more Chinese-style. I used it to mix cucumber slices last time and it was very delicious. I happened to be making pig heart soup today, so I mixed it with the pig heart and ate it, it was great.

  1. Kewpie Salad Dressing

  2. The pig heart soup is ready.

  3. Take out the pig heart

  4. Pat the cucumber and cut it into small pieces or slices for easy flavor

  5. Pound garlic

  6. Tear the pig heart and mix all the ingredients together

  7. Garnish with some cilantro. Simple and delicious.
