Overview

The white beans are out of the market, so I made braised noodles today. It was good for the first time. If you like it, you can try it. I originally planned to use dried yam noodles, but I happened to have some noodles at home, so I will use them next time!

  1. The main ingredients are noodles, white beans, and thin and fat shredded pork.

  2. Wash the white beans and cut them diagonally. Set aside.

  3. Add shredded pork, ginger slices, a little thirteen spices, and light soy sauce and mix well.

  4. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok and fry a few peppercorns until fragrant.

  5. Add the mixed shredded pork and stir-fry.

  6. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and green onions.

  7. Add our main dish of white beans and carrot slices and stir-fry.

  8. Add a little dark soy sauce to enhance the color, and add water. Add a little more water to cover the vegetables completely.

  9. Spread the noodles evenly on the water-added dish, leaving no noodles in the center.

  10. Adjust the heat to medium and simmer for ten minutes. Use a spoon to pour the vegetable soup evenly over the steamed noodles from the middle, and stir evenly.

  11. A delicious braised noodles is ready, paired with your favorite onions, perfect! This amount is for three people.
