To make jam Kuli, because I think the strawberry flavored jam is a bit sour, I adjusted the flavor myself with ➕sugar➕hot water (5g sugar, 10g hot water), so that the jam will be thin. For thinner jam, it is best to use ➕5g gelatine powder, soak it until it melts, and then mix it together!

Soak gelatine powder ➕3 times in ice water. After melting in insulated water, mix into room temperature yogurt

Whip cream➕powdered sugar, 7 portions, thick and textured

Mix the yogurt with gelatine powder and whipped cream evenly

Use an 8-inch cake mold as the base, place a 6-inch round mousse ring on it, and place the cake base in the middle

Place the frozen jam kuli on the chiffon cake base, then pour in the remaining mousse paste, then refrigerate in the refrigerator for one afternoon, 6 hours, until the mousse reaches a solid state

Foam gelatine powder ➕ 3 times the amount of Sprite and mix well (it will foam, but don’t worry) and mix the remaining Sprite with the cocktail

After the gelatine powder is soaked, melt it with diluted water and add it to the Sprite and cocktail mixture. It will foam

Let it sit until the foam reduces to this state

Put the previously made yogurt mousse into an 8-inch mold

Put 2 layers of tin foil on the outside of the mold

First pour a quarter of the wine jelly and let it freeze to solidify quickly, about 30 minutes. Then pour the rest of the wine jelly, just enough to cover the mousse layer, and put it in the refrigerator overnight, about 6 hours

Apply a hot towel to the outer layer of the mold, or blow the hot air from a hair dryer to successfully demould
