Mango Sago
Overview
I have always liked the strong fragrance of mango. No matter how I cook it, it is my favorite fruit. A cup of rich mango sago to start a new energetic day!

Bring water to a boil.

Add the sago and cook until there is a very small white spot in the middle of the sago, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour it under cold water to prevent the sago from clumping together.

Remove the flesh from the mango.

Put the mango into a blender, add milk, and blend into mango juice.
