Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread from the second joint of the shrimp tail, wash it and set aside;

Marinate the shrimp with onion, ginger and cooking wine for about 5 minutes;

Cut red and green peppers into rounds;

Heat oil in a pan, add shrimps and red and green peppers and stir-fry together;

Stir-fry over high heat until the shrimp turns golden brown;

Add Lee Kum Kee Tiancheng Premium Fresh Soy Sauce;

Cover and simmer for about one minute until the soup is almost dry;

Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee sesame oil.
