  1. Use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread from the second joint of the shrimp tail, wash it and set aside;

  3. Cut red and green peppers into rounds;

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add shrimps and red and green peppers and stir-fry together;

  5. Stir-fry over high heat until the shrimp turns golden brown;

  6. Add Lee Kum Kee Tiancheng Premium Fresh Soy Sauce;

  7. Cover and simmer for about one minute until the soup is almost dry;
