I forgot to follow the steps above. Cut off the corn with a knife, wash it with water, beat two eggs and stir them, add a spoonful of sugar, cut the carrots into thin strips, then cut them into small pieces and stir them in. Add an appropriate amount of white flour and a little cold water and stir them evenly.

Heat the corn oil in a pan, pour in some of it and fry over low heat until it feels almost done, just turn it over.
