Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
On Friday, Xiao He asked me how to make sweet and sour pork ribs. Today I made a home-cooked version, which was well received! It tastes good, I’ll tell you on Monday!

First wash and cut the ribs into pieces.

Put into pot and blanch.

Wash and drain.

Add shredded ginger, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and vinegar and marinate for 20 minutes.

Put the marinated ribs into the oil pan and fry until slightly caramelized.

Remove and drain.

Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 3 spoons of sugar and 4 spoons of vinegar. Drain and set aside.

Put the ribs and the prepared juice into the pot, add a large spoonful of ribs soup and cook to reduce the juice.

Remove from pan and plate. If you don’t like the burnt taste, just skip the frying step, blanch it and boil it in the juice.
