  4. Add shredded ginger, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and vinegar and marinate for 20 minutes.

  7. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 3 spoons of sugar and 4 spoons of vinegar. Drain and set aside.
