Multigrain bread
Overview
This is a multigrain bread made from more than a dozen kinds of multigrain flour, with an appropriate amount of raisins added. It tastes crispy on the outside but not rough on the inside, soft, sweet and nutritious.

Put the other ingredients, except the butter, into the bread machine.

After kneading into a dough, add the softened butter and continue mixing.

Add an appropriate amount of washed raisins and knead them into the dough to ferment the dough.

Divide the fermented dough into 2 pieces for secondary proofing and cut with a knife.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, place the baking sheet in the middle and lower layers, set the upper heat to 170 degrees and the lower heat to 155 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes.
