Dried ginger and garlic prawns
Overview
I have never known how to eat dried prawns. I usually steam them, but this time I changed the cooking method. The taste is the same, but it saves a lot of time.

First soak the dried prawns in water to let them absorb some water

Chop the ginger and garlic into mince, add some dried chili pepper

Heat the pan with cold oil, add onion, ginger, dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the prawns

Pour in some cooking wine, bring to a boil and take it out, do not boil it dry
