  1. Prepare the following materials, eggs, flour, starch, sugar, black sesame seeds, honey, red dates (I forgot the black sesame seeds, hehe)

  4. Add a small amount of milk (if the milk is drunk by the greedy cat, just use Wangzai, the effect is very good), knead it into a non-stick dough, and let it rest for 15 minutes

  5. Spread dry starch on the chopping board, take out the dough, and start rolling it out. Roll it out vigorously. Now I find that it is a wise choice for me to prepare two kinds of rolling pins. Each one shows his or her own skills

  6. When rolling out to a thickness of 0.5 mm, roll it up along the rolling pin

  7. After rolling it up, cut it in the middle with a knife, as shown in the picture

  8. Clean it up a little and cut it into thin noodles, as shown in the picture, not too thin or too thick

  9. After cutting, sprinkle a little dry starch to prevent sticking

  10. After frying until it turns slightly yellow, take it out and drain it. The color of mine is a bit uneven due to too much frying, but the taste is still great

  11. Start boiling the syrup. Add sugar and twice the amount of water. After boiling, turn down the heat and simmer slowly. Add honey until you can pull out thin strands.

  12. .Start boiling the sugar. Introduce the white sugar into the pot and add twice as much water to make the syrup. Use chopsticks to pull out thin strands. Apply oil to the utensil and add the cut red dates. Add the black sesame seeds into the fried noodles. Then quickly introduce the cooked syrup and stir evenly to make each noodle stick to the syrup. Sprinkle some sesame seeds. Then comes the key step. Press hard, make sure to press firmly and press for a while.

  13. Grease the bottom of the plate with oil, add diced red dates and fried black sesame seeds, then add fried noodles, quickly pour in the boiled syrup, mix quickly and press tightly

  14. Let it cool slightly and cut into pieces. You can eat it. Both the appearance and the taste are better than the ones you buy. Someone dropped his food and was about to pick it up with his hands. I yelled, "What are you doing?" She said it was delicious but too wasteful. Isn’t there a lot more?
