Remove seeds from hot peppers, wash and set aside

Do not put oil in the pot, heat it over medium-low heat, add peppers and fry them until they get a slight burnt aroma, then turn over and continue grilling on the other side until "tiger skin" is baked on both sides😜

At this time, the peppers are already charred on the outside and tender on the inside. Turn to low heat, add the prepared sauce, and stir until each pepper is evenly coated with the sauce. Sprinkle with minced garlic, and you can take it out of the pan and put it on a plate 😉
