  1. Slices of ham and cheese

  2. Bread and purple cabbage slices

  3. Beat eggs

  4. Place a slice of ham on the slice of bread and a slice of cheese

  5. Put another slice of purple cabbage, then a slice of ham, and finally a slice of bread

  6. Dip both sides of the prepared bread evenly in the egg liquid (do not soak the bread in the egg liquid)

  7. Place on a plate for later use

  8. Add a small amount of oil to a non-stick pan, heat the oil to level 7, and turn on low heat

  9. Add the bread to be used and fry both sides until golden brown

  10. When frying, be careful to press it slightly with a spatula so that the bread slices are fully heated. Fry for about 5 minutes

  11. Arrange on the plate and cut with a knife

  12. Beautiful breakfast, delicious!
