Slices of ham and cheese

Bread and purple cabbage slices

Beat eggs

Place a slice of ham on the slice of bread and a slice of cheese

Put another slice of purple cabbage, then a slice of ham, and finally a slice of bread

Dip both sides of the prepared bread evenly in the egg liquid (do not soak the bread in the egg liquid)

Place on a plate for later use

Add a small amount of oil to a non-stick pan, heat the oil to level 7, and turn on low heat
-
Add the bread to be used and fry both sides until golden brown
-
When frying, be careful to press it slightly with a spatula so that the bread slices are fully heated. Fry for about 5 minutes

Arrange on the plate and cut with a knife
