Yanzhan, Yantiao or Yanjiao, it depends on personal preference, about 5 grams, I took one

Soak in pure water for 3 hours + soak

Change the water halfway and tear off strips to facilitate soaking

Put into a stew pot with two lids, add purified water, pitted red dates, and longan meat. Boil the water over high heat for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat. After 10 minutes, add rock sugar and simmer for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Pour it into a small cup, you can drink it plain, you can add coconut milk if you like, you can also add fruit if you like, it depends on your personal preference
