  1. Yanzhan, Yantiao or Yanjiao, it depends on personal preference, about 5 grams, I took one

  2. Soak in pure water for 3 hours + soak

  3. Change the water halfway and tear off strips to facilitate soaking

  4. After picking out hair and impurities, prepare to flush again and filter out impurities

  5. Rinse with the drain screen several times to filter out impurities

  6. Put into a stew pot with two lids, add purified water, pitted red dates, and longan meat. Boil the water over high heat for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat. After 10 minutes, add rock sugar and simmer for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

  7. Pour it into a small cup, you can drink it plain, you can add coconut milk if you like, you can also add fruit if you like, it depends on your personal preference
