Hand cake
Overview
There was a piece of dough left over from making soup dumplings last night, and this morning I made hand pancakes for breakfast. It included meat, eggs, vegetables, and staple food. It would be even better if it is paired with a cup of soy milk.

Steps
-
Wash and dry the lettuce. (I grow it myself on the balcony and pick it directly when I eat it).
-
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into long pieces and cut into pieces. Take a cut piece of dough, roll it into a round shape, apply a little oil with a brush, and then fold it like a fan.
-
Roll up and press flat.
-
Roll out into a round pancake.
-
Brush a little oil on a wok or frying pan, add the cake base, and fry over low heat until the cake slowly becomes transparent, then turn it over.
-
Fry until both sides are golden.
-
Pour a little oil into the pot, beat the eggs with salt, pour them into the pot and spread them into egg cakes.
-
Bacon is fried.
-
Spread lettuce, egg pancake, bacon on the pancake, and roll it up. (You can also add your favorite salad dressing or ketchup).
