  1. Wash the cauliflower and break it into small pieces, cut the tomatoes into pieces, beat the eggs, and mince the green onions and set aside.

  3. Heat the wok and pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the eggs. After the eggs are cooked, pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry.
