Cucumber and tomato mixed with boiled eggs
Overview
My go-to weight loss dish. If you don’t want to go out after eating it, put garlic in it. If you need to go out for work, date, etc., don’t put garlic in it.

Wash and cut the cucumbers, and cook the black eggs.

Pat the cucumber and cut into sections.

Put the cucumber in a bowl and break a whole egg into pieces.

Wash the golden tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Put the tomatoes in, and then add the whites of another egg.

Peel fresh garlic and mince.

Add garlic and salt.

Mix well and serve.
