Take 4 pickled plums, chop them into small pieces, wash and cut the ginger into thin slices, mix the corn starch with a little water, and set everything aside for later use.

Wash and cut the chicken wings into sections, sprinkle with a little salt and soy sauce, and marinate for half an hour.

Add half of the sour plum meat to the marinated chicken wings, grasp it evenly with your hands, pour in the starch powder, sprinkle with the remaining sour plum meat, add ginger slices, put it in a steamer, and steam over high heat for 20 minutes until cooked.
