Cut the lettuce and carrots into shreds.

Add salt to the shredded lettuce, stir for 20 minutes and drain the water.

Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the shredded ginger.

Add the drained lettuce shreds, stir-fry for a few times, then add the carrot shreds, and stir-fry over medium-high heat together.
