Stir-fried cauliflower
Overview
I originally planned to go out to eat at Christmas, but when I saw the traffic on the road and it was so dark, I thought I might as well forget it. It would be more comfortable to have some home-cooked food at home! Cauliflower belongs to the cruciferous family and is very good for human health. Stir-fry it and add some sliced meat. It will be good

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash

Prepare onions, ginger and garlic, cut a few slices of pork belly, I didn’t take a picture

Blanch cauliflower

Add oil to the wok, sauté the onion, ginger and garlic, and add the meat slices

Add some light soy sauce

Add cauliflower and stir-fry

Add chili
-
Continue to stir-fry and add some rice vinegar before serving
