  1. Cut purple cabbage into small pieces and pour into food processor cup

  3. Purple dough: 140g flour, 20g corn oil, 20g sugar, 1g salt, 2g yeast powder, 70g purple cabbage paste and mix into purple dough

  4. Let the purple dough rise until it doubles in size

  5. White dough: 120g flour, 20g corn oil, 20g sugar, 1g salt, 2g yeast powder, add appropriate amount of water and form into a dough until doubled in size

  6. Roll the two types of dough into long strips

  7. The white dough is on the bottom and the purple dough is on top

  8. Then roll it up
