Purple Cabbage Two-Color Toast
Overview
If you don’t have cocoa powder or matcha powder, you can just use purple cabbage paste and flour to make two-color toast. The effect is still good, and it is definitely a natural pigment, which makes it healthier to eat.

Cut purple cabbage into small pieces and pour into food processor cup

Add appropriate amount of water to make a paste

Purple dough: 140g flour, 20g corn oil, 20g sugar, 1g salt, 2g yeast powder, 70g purple cabbage paste and mix into purple dough

Let the purple dough rise until it doubles in size

White dough: 120g flour, 20g corn oil, 20g sugar, 1g salt, 2g yeast powder, add appropriate amount of water and form into a dough until doubled in size

Roll the two types of dough into long strips

The white dough is on the bottom and the purple dough is on top

Then roll it up

Put it in the mold for two rounds

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, then take out and let cool
