Green pepper corn kernels

  1. Cut the tender green peppers into small pieces, preferably about the same size as corn kernels, for color matching and spiciness. Peel the corn kernels from the cob and wash them.

  2. Add a small spoonful of oil. When the oil is hot, add the green pepper segments and stir-fry. Add some salt. This salt is to season the green pepper. You will not add any salt later.

  3. Pour in the corn kernels and stir-fry evenly before serving.

  4. Slightly spicy, fresh and sweet, it will burst with juice in your mouth!
