Overview

Breakfast is the source of motivation for the day, and nutrition and health are the basis of breakfast. If I eat by myself, eat some bread and drink yogurt, or even bother to eat, there is nothing more important than sleeping for one more minute. I can make a fool of myself, but when I have a husband and children, I can't hide. It's a daily routine to wake up an hour early to prepare breakfast, and I can make up for the lazy sleep I had before in one day. This breakfast pancake is economical, practical and delicious. It can be eaten alone with fried eggs and sausages, or rolled into various vegetables. You can also add ingredients to the batter to create various creative ideas. Simple and fast is my pursuit. If you finish it early, you can rest.

  1. Mix the flour, salt and sugar and add water to knead the dough. Use chopsticks instead of your hands! Don't make it too thin at first. Add water and mix it into a dough. Then add an egg. Continue to stir the egg into the dough and add water to form a batter

  2. Add a small amount of oil to the pan. If the pan is non-stick, you don’t need to add any oil. Use the batter to spread the pancakes. Don’t set the heat too high. The pancakes will look better if the heat is high.
