Scrape the lettuce, wash, slice and set aside.

Cooked broad beans, set aside.

Slice garlic and set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add lettuce, season with a little salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry for a while, then add broad beans and stir-fry a few times.

Remove from pan and plate.
