Purple sweet potato and honey bean cake

Making steamed cakes is the simplest type of pasta. You don’t need to knead the dough vigorously or shape it. You can also add your favorite ingredients. It’s perfect for lazy people! Today I made honey beans with purple sweet potato. I think it tastes much better than steamed buns!

Steam the purple sweet potato and peel off the skin

Add milk and sugar and use a food processor to blend into a paste

After it has doubled in size, pour cold water into the steamer and steam for about 25 minutes. After steaming, turn off the heat and wait 3 minutes before opening the lid
