Red date rice paste
Overview
Red dates and millet porridge nourishes the stomach, qi and blood. Millet is rich in B vitamins, which has the effect of strengthening the stomach, stimulating the appetite and nourishing the stomach. The tryptophan content is the highest among cereals, and tryptophan has the effect of regulating sleep. (Because we ran out of millet, we used rice instead)

Ingredients: 6~8 red dates. 1 measuring cup of rice (volume is about 120ml). (A food processor with a capacity of 1.2L can fill three bowls)
