For pork, choose plum meat or pork cheek (second-layer meat)

Remove excess fat

Wash the pork, drain and set aside

Take a glass container, place the pork inside, pour in the barbecued pork sauce, spread evenly, cover it, and put it in the refrigerator to marinate. It is usually marinated for two or three days to make it more delicious. The marinating time can be adjusted according to personal preference.

Preheat the oven to 145 degrees, line a baking sheet with tin foil, spread the barbecued pork flat, place it in the oven, and bake for 40 minutes.

When roasting for 15 minutes, move the barbecued pork to the grill grid so that the barbecued pork can be roasted a little dry.

After baking for 30 minutes, take it out and brush it with a mixture of barbecued pork sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Put it back in the oven and continue baking.
