Spicy Hawthorn Pork Trotters
Overview

I remembered seeing the bright red hawthorns on the shelves in the supermarket yesterday, and suddenly I had an idea. This sweet and sour elf is just right for my spicy pig’s trotters. Well, thinking about it, I took action immediately. While I was thinking about how to make this dish, I was also worried, what would it taste like if hawthorn was added to this dish? After finally making it, it was even more delicious than I imagined. It was spicy, sweet and sour, fragrant and appetizing, and the hawthorn just melted the greasiness of the pig's trotters. Now I will quickly upload the results of my first attempt to share with you.
