Rinse chicken feet twice with warm water and scrub thoroughly. You can cut your nails when you have time

Cut the chicken claws in half

Put the chicken feet into boiling water and cook for four minutes after the water boils.

Prepare the ingredients for brewing, take a piece of ginger and cut two green onions

Put the ginger cubes, green onion segments, pickled peppers and dry ingredients into cold water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes (this is only slightly spicy, I should cut the peppers to make it more delicious)

Let the water cool until it is not hot to the touch, add the powder packet and liquid packet

Add the cooled chicken feet. If there is not enough water, add an appropriate amount of cold boiled water until the chicken feet are submerged. Once cooled to room temperature, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. It can be eaten after one day. If you like, you can add some vegetables, daikon, etc. The pickled pepper water can be reused 2 to 3 times, so don’t waste it.
