  1. Wash the ribs, slice the ginger, and peel the garlic.

  2. Add 5 pieces of ginger to the pork ribs and wash them with cold water.

  3. Add all the seasonings to the pork ribs, stir and marinate for 30 minutes.

  4. Steam over high heat until it squeaks for a few minutes, then turn to medium heat and steam for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and then turn it on again after 15 minutes.
