Butter Cookies
Overview
The first time I made cookies, I failed and the pattern didn't come out. I studied it carefully today and finally succeeded, haha. I'm not very good at using a piping bag, so my hands were sore from squeezing it, but the crispy cookies were delicious, and my husband and kids ate half of them in one go.

Have the required materials ready.

After the butter has softened, add the powdered sugar and white sugar and stir evenly with a hand mixer.

Add the egg liquid in three batches and mix evenly.

Add sifted cake flour.

Put the mixed batter into a piping bag. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pipe out the pattern you like.

Preheat the oven for 2 minutes, put it in the middle rack of the oven, heat it up and down to 170 degrees, and observe the coloring of the cookies according to the temperament of your oven.
