Green onion and salty scones
Overview
It seems that all the scones in sight are sweets. Suddenly one day a thought flashed through me, why are there no salty scones? After a search, it actually exists. This idea was actually not my first, and even the onion-salty flavor was something I had come up with before. Then copy one. Choose the simplest method, the quick scone, it is easy for people to take action. However, although it was copied, some changes were made in the preparation of the materials. The butter was replaced with corn oil, because the old comrade with a traditional Chinese stomach doesn't like the taste of butter, and he doesn't really like it either. Keep the amount of sugar in the recipe to a minimum, just a little sweet to enrich the taste. When pouring the flour, the amount of milk is greatly reduced. Pour in enough and it should become a thin batter. The final fact proved that all the adjustments did not mess up the scone. On the contrary, the result was very good, with rich green onion aroma, not too prominent sweetness, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
