  1. Wash the lard, cut into small pieces and put into the pot.

  4. When it is almost dry, lower the heat and fry until dry. Then take out the lard residue and drain the oil. (Lard residue is also delicious for cooking!) Pour the oil in the pot into a clean bowl without moisture. Let it cool and it will become lard paste! Just scoop out a small spoonful when needed! (The temperature is too high, try to keep it in a cool place or refrigerator!)
