Garlic and black pepper pasta
Overview
I like to eat pasta very much. I used to always order a plate when I went to a restaurant. Later, I learned to make it myself, and I no longer eat pasta from outside. The black pepper pasta I made is simple and easy to make, and the taste is incredible. The rich aroma of garlic, the sweet and sour tomato sauce, and a little spiciness of black pepper are perfect!

Clean the tomatoes, make a cross cut on the surface, and boil them in boiling water for one minute so that the tomatoes can be easily peeled.

Peel tomatoes and chop into pieces.

Chop garlic and onions into fine pieces.

Boil broccoli in boiling water, remove and drain in cold water.

Pour some olive oil into the hot pan.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
