Wash the cabbage stems and drain

Remove the red flesh from the watermelon rind and peel. Wash and marinate with salt for about 1 hour. Then wash off the salt water, cut into shreds, squeeze out the water and set aside

Heat a pan, add a little oil, and stir-fry the cabbage stalks until they change color slightly

Add shredded watermelon rind and stir-fry quickly

Add shredded red pepper and stir-fry quickly, add a little salt and chicken essence to taste

Remove from pan and plate
