Overview

This is a bread I made last year. I accidentally used up all the egg liquid, so I brushed a little water on the bread dough and the finished product turned out pretty good.

Steps

  1. Pour all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, and use the post-oil method to knead the dough.

  2. Shape the dough into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place.

  3. Fermented dough (dip a little dry powder with your finger to poke a hole, make sure the hole does not shrink or collapse)

  4. Take out the fermented dough and divide it into 9 equal parts.

  5. Take a piece of dough, roll it into a ball and flatten it, put a spoonful of jam on it and wrap it up.

  6. Wrap them one by one, place them on the baking tray at intervals, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 2 times.

  7. Brush a little water on the fermented dough (there is no more egg liquid)

  8. Preheat the oven. Bake in the middle layer at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes (cover with tin foil after coloring)

  9. Take a photo in the sun.
