Peel the cucumber and cut into strips as thick as your index finger

Soak the yuba in room temperature water for two hours and cut into sections as long as a cucumber.

Remove the garlic cloves and mince them

Marinate the lean meat with a little cornstarch and light soy sauce for 20 minutes

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté the garlic slices

Pour in the meat slices and stir-fry until cooked through

Pour in the cucumber and stir-fry

Then pour in the yuba

Add salt and black pepper and stir-fry

Add a bowl of water and simmer over medium-low heat for 8 minutes

Before serving, add a little soy sauce

Stir well and serve
