Overview
Pansi Cake is a type of pasta made on the basis of stretched noodles. The Pansi Cake made by this simple method at home can still show its golden color, layer upon layer, connected silk threads, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Mix appropriate amounts of flour, salt and hot oil and set aside.
