Braised noodles with double pepper and green beans

My grandma used to make super delicious hometown braised noodles for me when I was little!

  1. Wash the beans and pick them

  2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil

  3. Add dark soy sauce and five-spice powder to the shredded pork, mix well and marinate

  4. After the water boils, put in the green beans and take them out (the water can be slightly boiled)

  5. Add a little more oil to the pot than usual for cooking, add shredded pork, green onions, ginger, beans, string peppers, and red peppers in order, stir-fry, add boiling water, and turn off the heat after the vegetables are boiled

  6. Take out the fried vegetables

  7. Add the leftover soup to the pot

  8. Steam the noodles for 20 minutes for the first time

  9. After steaming, spread it out and shake it

  10. Use the shaken noodles, dip them in the soup and put them into the steamer,

  11. After the noodles are put, pour the vegetables and remaining vegetable soup over the noodles and steam for another 15 minutes
