Grilled mutton cubes
Overview
The green mutton on the grassland will never be enough no matter how fried or fried it is. Today I am making grilled lamb cubes, which eliminates the trouble of stringing them on skewers. I can marinate them directly and grill them on a baking sheet. There is no fumes, and they are delicious and not irritating.

Cut the mutton into small pieces about 1.5cm square, sprinkle with salt and pepper and marinate for half an hour.

Also cut onions and green peppers into approximately 1.5cm square pieces.

After half an hour, add the onions and green peppers to the mutton, mix evenly, and let rest for 10 minutes.

Spread all ingredients evenly on baking sheet.

Place the baking pan into the preheated oven, middle layer, heat up and down, 220 degrees for 20 minutes.

When the time is up, take it out and sprinkle a spoonful of cumin powder evenly over it.
