Overview

The green mutton on the grassland will never be enough no matter how fried or fried it is. Today I am making grilled lamb cubes, which eliminates the trouble of stringing them on skewers. I can marinate them directly and grill them on a baking sheet. There is no fumes, and they are delicious and not irritating.

  1. Cut the mutton into small pieces about 1.5cm square, sprinkle with salt and pepper and marinate for half an hour.
